During this workshop session, participants learn about the benefits of art and painting. They are guided in creating an existing painting, but are encouraged to make it in their own unique way.
During this session, we discuss mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellness. Participants will learn specific strategies to maintain a healthy balance in all four areas.
This is a spin on the more common goal setting vision board. It's a follow up to the 4 Aspects of Wellness session. Participants will create a vision board that includes positive messages and daily reminders to keep them on the right track for self-care.
Participants will learn about the difference between a healthy and unhealthy relationship and common red flags to watch for when entering into a new relationship.
Fitness session may include a light workout and games or a volleyball/soccer clinic. A gymnasium space is preferred for this workshop session.
